                                                      JUDGMENT

(This case has been heard through video conference) The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the

fair and decretal order dated 10.10.2006 passed in MCOP.No.715 of 2005

by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, I Additional District Court,

Krishnagiri.

2. Mr.D.Raghu, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted

that the entire claim amount as per the award, was deposited and the same

had been withdrawn by the claimant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition had become infructuous.

In the result, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed

as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are

closed. No Costs.
