                     C.C.No.1084 of 2011, dated 28.08.2012 and call for the records and
                     acquit the petitioner from all the charges.

dismissed as withdrawn and to that effect, the learned counsel for the

revision petitioner is directed to file a memo. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
