This Court by its earlier order dated 23.04.2021 directed the

learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the

Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant and also made it

clear that if steps are not taken before the next hearing date, the Second

Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Till date, steps have not been taken, as directed by this Court in

its earlier order dated 23.04.2021.

3. Since, the learned counsel for the appellant has not complied

with the earlier directions given by this Court on 23.04.2021, the Second

Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
