                     judgment and decree dated 12.09.2002 passed in O.S.No.4542 of 1996
                     on the file of the XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

                                                   JUDGMENT

Today, when this appeal came up for hearing, both the learned

counsel appearing on either side, appeared before this Court through

Video Conferencing.

2. Mr.Sriram, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that

the prayer sought in the suit becomes infructuous. His submission is

placed on record.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, this appeal Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No

Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
