                                                    JUDGMENT

On 06.02.2020, the learned counsel for the appellant has reported no

instructions and hence, this Court directed the Registry to serve notice on

the appellant. Notice has been accordingly taken and on 27.02.2020, notice

sent was returned with an endorsement “Addressee deceased, hence

returned to sender”. Todate no one has taken steps to bring on record the

legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

Considering the fact that the appellant has been reported “Dead” as

early as on 27.02.2020, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No

costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
