                  dated 20.09.2016, of the Family Court of Madurai and call for the records
                  and may be directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/-per month towards the
                  petitioner towards monthly maintenance from the date of filing of the
                  petition.

When the Criminal revision case was taken up for hearing there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the earlier three occasions also

there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the

under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this

Court to prosecute the case. There is no representation on the side of the

prosecution.
