(Heard through video conferencing)

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the learned

Sub-Ordinate Judge at Bhavani, dated 03.06.2016 passed in E.A.No.48/2011 in

EP.No.7/2008 in O.S.No.241/2001.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that he has been instructed to withdraw the Civil Revision

Petition and hence permission may be accorded to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition .

Hence the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition in CMP.No.19510

of 2016, is also closed.
