When the Appeal is taken up for hearing, proceedings of the District

Collector, bearing Ref.No.Na.Ka.14568/2012/A5, dated 20.07.2021 was

produced by Mr.C.Jayaprakash, the learned Government Advocate,

appearing on behalf of the appellants. The operative portion of the said

2. As already the order passed by the learned Single Judge, in

W.P.No.22901 of 2011.dated 04.04.2019 is complied, nothing further

survives for adjudication in this Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal

coonected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
