This appeal is directed against the order dated 28.08.2019

passed in W.P.No.6091 of 2012.

2. Despite the adjournments given on earlier three occasions, no

steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of

the deceased appellant.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal stands closed, giving

liberty to file an application to restore the appeal with the legal

representatives of the deceased appellant. No costs.
