                     Prayer: Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(1) of Scheduled
                     Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act
                     2015 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to
                     the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.762 of 2021 in Cr.No.140 of 2021 on the
                     file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli,
                     dated 09.07.2021 and set-aside the same as illegal and enlarge the
                     appellants on bail by allowing the appeal.
