                                    This Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 Original Side
                     Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of CPC, prayed for (a) To cancel the
                     Sale Deed dated06.06.2012 bearing document No.688 of 2012, SRO
                     Triplicane; executed by the defendants in favour of the plaintiff;

                                   (b) Directing the defendants to pay a total sum of
                     Rs.9,10,00,000/- being difference in Joint Venture Agreement dated
                     07.10.2010 and sale consideration payable by the defendants as per the
                     memorandum           of    Supplimental    Development        Agreement      dated
                     27.01.2011 including a sum of Rs.1,83,00,000/- paid by the plaintiff's
                     brother as gift together with interest @ 18% on the amounts referred to
                     above till date of plaint;
                                   (c ) To pay future interest calculated @ 18% per annum on
                     Rs.4,22,35,500/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization;
                                   (d) To pay the cost of the suit.

                                                     JUDGMENT

In the view of the order passed by this Court in Application

No.997 of 2020 dated 13.07.2021, the suit in C.S.No.619 of 2019 has to

be closed.

2. Accordingly, the civil suit is closed. The plaintiff is entitled

to get refund of Court fee as per the Act.
