(Heard video conference)

The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. There

is no representation on the side of the appellants. As seen from the

earlier proceedings, the learned counsel for the appellants has been

repeatedly seeking adjournment to take steps to bring on record the Legal

Representatives for the deceased sole respondent. Several opportunities

have also been given to the appellants to take steps to bring on record

the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole respondent. Therefore, it

can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute this

Second Appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non

prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions

are closed.
