                                                      JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)

This appeal has been filed against the order of the learned single

Judge, who dismissed the writ petition, inter alia holding that the

impugned order passed against the appellant's father and the appellate

authority's order were not challenged and it is too late in a day for the

appellant to do so even by way of abundant caution.

2.Though the learned counsel appearing for the appellant made

submissions on merit, we do not find any reason to interfere with the

order of the learned single Judge. The father of the appellant died in

the year 2018. The order of the appellate authority was passed in the

year 2016. The original authority passed an order in the year 2014.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any reason to

interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge. However,

if the recovery proceeding is initiated, the appellant can challenge it in

the manner known to law. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands

dismissed. No costs.

                                                               (M.M.S., J.) (R.N.M., J.)
                                                                       06.07.2021
