Heard Mrs.Srimathy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and

Mr.N.Sudalaimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The appellant is the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution

Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) and they are aggrieved by an interim

direction issued in the writ petition dated 17.07.2012. Office report states that

the main writ petition in W.P(MD).No.9238 of 2012 has been disposed of on

10.09.2012.

3. In the light of the same, no further adjudication is required in this

writ appeal. Accordingly, this writ appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
