                     PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section
                     397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and set
                     aside the judgment of the Appellate Court made in CA.No.14 of
                     2014 dated 07.07.2014 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions
                     Judge, Namakkal, Namakkal District in dismissing the appeal for
                     default and confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the
                     learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, Namakkal District in
                     C.C.No.97 of 2012 by the judgment dated 24.03.2014 in convicting
                     the petitioner herein for the alleged offence under Section 138 of
                     the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentencing him to undergo
                     three months simple imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-
                     in default to undergo one month S.I. by judgment dated 24.03.2014
                     and made C.C.No.97 of 2012.

                                                      ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order passed in

C.A.No.14 of 2014, wherein, the learned Principal Sessions Judge,

Namakkal has dismissed the appeal for default.

2.When the matter came on 27.04.2021, there was no

representation for the revision petitioner and hence, the matter was

adjourned to today i.e., 02.07.2021. Even today, there is no

representation for the revision petitioner and hence, this Criminal

Revision Case stands dismissed for default.
