                     the petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation
                     of delay of 135 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has

become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

2. On account of the above submission, this writ appeal, W.A.No.

SR 63344 of 2016, stands dismissed as withdrawn at the SR stage

itself. Consequently, C.M.P.No.15108 of 2016 seeking condonation of
