            the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2016, to call for the
            records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.352 of 2021 in Crime No.517 of
            2020, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.A.C,), Tirunelveli
            cum the Court for Trial Cases under SC / ST (POA) Act, Tirunelveli, dated
            01.03.2021 and to set aside the same as illegal and to enlarge the appellant on bail by
            allowing the Criminal Appeal.
