Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader, submits

that he is not pressing this appeal on account of the fact that the

impugned order of the Writ Court was complied with in the

interregnum. However, he submits that the question of law that arises

in this writ appeal may be left open for consideration in an appropriate

case in future. The said request is accepted.

W.A.No.169 of 2021 stands disposed of subject to the above

observations. Consequently, CMP No.817 of 2021 is closed.
