                                                       JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 260A of the

Income Tax Act, 1961 ('the Act' for brevity) challenging the order dated

20.08.2019 made in ITA.No.3386/Chny/2018 on the file of the Income Tax

Appellate Tribunal, 'C' Bench, Chennai ('the Tribunal' for brevity) for the

assessment year 2013-14.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant has circulated a letter seeking

permission of this Court to withdraw the present Tax Case Appeal.

3. The said letter produced by the learned counsel for the appellant is

taken on record and in view of the same, the Tax Case Appeal stands

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the substantial questions of law

framed are left open. No costs.
