When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Review

Application and he has also circulated a letter dated 23.12.2020 to the

Registry.

2. In view of the letter circulated to the Registry as well as the

submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Review

Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently,

connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
