                      counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Special

                      Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that

                      the State has preferred an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court,

                      the arguments advanced by both the counsels and the judgment was also

                      reserved on 02.11.2020.
