                                                  JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.)

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the Judgment,

dated 14.07.2008 passed in G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2005 on the file of the

Family Court, Madurai, seeking custody of the minor child under

Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, which was filed by

the father of the child / respondent herein.

2.The trial Court, after full-fledged trial, had allowed the said

petition. Challenging the same, the mother of the child / appellant

herein had preferred the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.It is now stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that

the minor child has attained majority and hence, nothing remains to

be adjudicated further in this Writ Appeal.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs.
