                               Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the
                     order dated 27.8.2015 passed in W.P.No.26240 of 2015, along with
                     the petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation
                     of delay of 91 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

                                                     JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the writ appeal

has been rendered infructuous on account of the conclusion of the

criminal proceedings in the interregnum.

2. Accordingly, the writ appeal, W.A.No. SR 2658 of 2016,

stands dismissed as infructuous at the SR stage. Consequently,

C.M.P.No.3655 of 2016 seeking condonation of delay in filing the

appeal stands dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
