                     PRAYER : Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil
                     Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.129 of
                     2000, dated 30.07.2001 by the learned Sub Ordinate Judge,
                     Trichirappalli, confirming the judgment and decree passed in
                     O.S.No.1568 of 1998, dated 26.06.2000 by the District Munsif at
                     Tiruchirappalli.
