                  by the Tribunal by modifying the Judgment and decreetal order made in
                  M.C.O.P.No.81 of 2011 dated 30.12.2011 by the Motor Accident Claims
                  Tribunal/Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court),
                  Pudukottai.
