                                                             JUDGMENT

The second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree in A.S.

No.33 of 2014 dated 27.11.2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai

confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.11.2013 in O.S. No.6 of 2005 on

the file of the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi, Pudukottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of

the court that the parties have entered into a compromise between themselves

and they resolve their dispute amicably between them and to that effect, they

have filed a joint compromise memo , signed by the parties and their respective

counsels. They have also stated that they have agreed for the terms of

compromise. The terms of the Joint Compromise Memo reads as under and the
