                                               JUDGMENT

When this Second Appeal was taken up for hearing on

16.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants present and

filed a memo stating that he had no instructions from the appellants.

2. In view of the above, this Court directed the Registry to

list this matter today under the caption "for dismissal". Further, directed the

Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause list.

3. Though this matter was listed today under the caption

“for dismissal”, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants.

4. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there

is no order as to costs.
