                the judgment and sentence passed in S.T.C.No.344 of 2013 on the file of the
                learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Hosur dated 17.09.2014 and set
                the same by allowing the above Crl.R.C.

                                                     ORDER

Today, when the matter was listed today, Ms.R.Divya Preathika, learned Counsel appearing for the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted a memorandum stating that both the respondent/complainant and the petitioner/accused have reached the settlement, whereby, the respondent/complainant has received a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in total and consented that this case may be closed.

In that view of the matter, the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Hosur, dated 17.09.2014 in S.T.C.No.344 of 2013 and the judgment of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, dated 20.07.2015 in Crl.A.No.62 of 2014 are set aside. The offence stands compounded.

4. The Criminal Revision Case is ordered accordingly.
