When the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Ms.Mythereya Chandra,

learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants, submitted

that the appellants have complied with the order of this court dated

27.11.2013 made in W.P.No.32346 of 2013, hence nothing survives for

adjudication in the writ appeal.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the appellants, the writ appeal is dismissed. However,

there is no order as to costs.
