                     XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to review its final order
                     dated 14.08.2019 passed in CRP (PD) No.2644 of 2019 and CRP SR.
                     No.90123 of 2019 respectively.

                                                    COMMON ORDER
                                     The first respondent in the Civil Revision Petitions filed these

                     Review Applications for expunging the remarks made against him and also

                     for a direction to the Trial Court to pass orders on merits without being

                     influenced by the orders passed in the above Civil Revision Petitions.



                                  2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

                     appearing for the respondents would submit that the Suits filed by both the

                     parties in O.S.No.154 of 2017 and O.S.No.21 of 2012 respectively were

                     disposed of on 09.04.2021. In the said judgment, the Trial Court was not

                     influenced by the order passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision

                     Petitions and findings were given independently on the basis of evidence

                     adduced before it.



                                  3.Since both the Suits are disposed of on merits by the Trial

                     Court, there is no need for reviewing the orders passed in the above Civil

                     Revision Petitions for expunging any remarks made against the conduct of

                     the parties and hence, both the Review Applications stands dismissed. No

                     costs.
