                     Judgment and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court dated
                     24.02.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.14 of 2013 on the file of the
                     Principal District Judge, Tiruchirapalli confirming the Judgment
                     and Decree of the Trial Court dated 23.07.2013 in HMOP.No.184 of
                     2008 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli
                     and allow the Second Appeal.

                                                        ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel

appearing for the respondent submitted that compromise has been

arrived between the parties and both of them agreed for the

divorce.

2.Both the parties are present before this Court and when

this Court questioned about the compromise, they answered in

positive and both of them agreed for the divorce. A memo of

compromise has also been filed.

3.Recording the compromise memo, this civil miscellaneous

second appeal is closed. The terms of the compromise memo shall

form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
