                     rendered in O.S.No.32 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif of
                     Cheranmahadevi.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole

appellant had passed away long back and the legal heirs have not

responded for filing an application to implead the legal heirs. The second

appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected
