ORDER
The petitioner/ accused No.3 has filed the Criminal Original Petition
seeking order to call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.179 of 2008
on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thanjavur and quash the
same.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned
Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case in
C.C.No.179 of 2008 has already been disposed of and filed a copy of
judgment dated 27.02.2020 and wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate
No.1, Thanjavur has passed the judgment dated 27.02.2020 acquitting all
the accused including the petitioner under Section 248 (1) Cr.P.C and as
such nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is
dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal
Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
