                                                   ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation

for the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

first respondent would submit that the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila

Court, Theni, after completing the trial, has passed the judgment on

23.07.2021 acquitting the accused under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C., and as

such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed

as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are

also dismissed.
