                                                           ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in

C.C.No.147 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Eraniel, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned

Judicial Magistrate after completing the trial, has pronounced the

judgment on 20.07.2021, acquitting the petitioner/accused under Section

248 (1) Cr.P.C. and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original

Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
