                                                      JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2021,

Mr.V.Rajesh, learned counsel for the appellants reported ''no instructions''

from the appellants to pursue the matter further and a memo has been filed.

Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in

the cause list and adjourned the matter to 29.11.2021. Thereafter, when the

matter was taken up for hearing on 29.11.2021 again this Court directed the

Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause list and adjourned

the matter to 07.12.2021.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no

representation for the appellants either in person or through counsel. Hence,

this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall

be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are

closed.
