When the Writ Appeal is taken up for hearing,

Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, learned counsel appearing for the appellant

submitted that the appellant - Bank had already regularized the services

of Alex Devadoss as a Peon and he also attained superannuation on

31.12.2019, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Appeal.

2.Recording the submission made by Mr.V.Kalyanaraman, learned

counsel for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
