                                                          JUDGMENT

When the Second Appeal was listed on 30.11.2021, the learned

counsel for the appellants reported “no instructions”. Therefore, this Court

directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in the cause-list and

post the appeal under the caption “for orders” on 02.12.2021.

2. Even though, the name of the appellants are printed in the cause-

list, there was no representation on the side of the appellants and hence the

matter was posted under the caption “for dismissal” on 03.12.2021. Even

today, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. Hence, this

Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
