                                                          JUDGMENT

When the Second Appeal was listed on 02.12.2021, the learned

counsel for the appellant reported “no instructions”. Therefore, this Court

directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant in the cause-list and

since there was no representation on the side of the appellant and post the

appeal under the caption “for dismissal” today i.e., on 03.12.2021.

2. Even though the name of the appellant is printed in the cause-list,

there is no representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, this Second

Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
