                     the file of the Rent Control Appellate Court (Principal Sub Court),
                     Thoothukudi at Thoothukudi District, confirming the Decree and
                     judgment dated 15.11.2012 in C.R.O.P.No.33 of 2011 on the file Rent
                     Controller     (Principal   District     Munsif   Court)    at    Thoothukudi,
                     Thoothukudi District.

A memo dated 01.12.2021 has been filed by the respondent stating

that the revision petitioner had passed away and the key of the petition

mentioned premises has been handed over to the landlord. Therefore,

nothing survives for consideration in the present civil revision petition

which otherwise is also abated. The said memo is taken on file.

2.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
