                     PRAYER : Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of Original Side
                     Rules R/w Order VII, Rule 1 & 2 CPC:


                              (a) Directing the Defendant to pay the Plaintiffs a sum of
                              Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupeees One Crore only) towards the
                              damages to the Plaintiffs for the defamatory statements made
                              by him against the Plaintiffs.

                              (b) To Pass an order of permanent Injunction restraining the
                              Defendant, his men, servants, agents or any other person
                              claiming right through him from making any defamatory
                              statement against Plaintiffs in future through e-mails or any
                              other mode.


                              (c) To direct the Defendant to pay the Plaintiffs cost of the
                              suit.


                              (d) To pass such or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems
                              fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

                                                  JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has filed a memo to the effect that

the matter has been settled out of Court and further, sought the leave of
