This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of

Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to implement the order of Letter

No.20976/U1/2014, dated 07.07.2014.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition no longer survives,

since the concerned Circular itself has been withdrawn by the Inspector
