                                                           ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment

and decretal order passed in CMA.No.23 of 2016 dated 22.11.2017

passed by the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 08.04.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was

ordered to be listed on 15.04.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”.

Even today i.e. 15.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the

petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for

non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed. No order as to costs.
