                                                       ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the charge sheet filed in

PRC.No.19 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,

Virudhachalam against the petitioners/Accused 3 & 4 concerned.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the

above said PRC.No.19 of 2015 was taken on file in Spl.SC.No.64 of 2019

by the Special Court for SC/ST, Cuddalore. After trial, by Judgment dated

22.12.2020, the petitioners/accused 3 & 4 were acquitted in the said case.

The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

There is nothing survives for further adjudication and the relief sought for

in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor for the respondent/police, the Criminal Original Petition

is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
