                    Code, to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 27.01.2009 passed in
                    A.S.No.22 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Sub-Court, Thanjavur
                    reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 06.07.2006 passed in O.S.No.188
                    of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur and dismiss the
                    suit.
