PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st Respondent to refix the
Petitioner's Scale of pay at Rs 1400-50-2300-60-2600 with effet from
1.6.1988 onwards as per G.O.MS.NO 216 dated 23.3.1993 as per the
Petitioner representation dated 28.1.2021.

ORDER
Petitioner has submitted a representation for refixation of pay scale in
the light of the order passed by the Full Bench of this Court in
Rev.A.No.227 of 2015 and batch dated 09.12.2016. The order has become
final and no appeal is preferred against the said order. The petitioner has
made a representation dated 28.01.2021 to the respondents to consider his
in the light of the above said judgment and pass appropriate orders. Till now
no orders have been passed on the representation of the petitioner.
Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of
the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is
given to the to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2021
in the light of the full bench judgment and pass appropriate orders on merits
and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of
receipt of the order copy.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
