COMMON JUDGMENT
(The Common Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Subbiah, J)
The learned counsels appearing on either side submitted that the
dispute between the parties have been settled and to that effect, the parties
have filed a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 22.04.2021, filed on
23.04.2021 before the Registry of this Court, which had been signed by
them and their respective counsels. The terms of compromise are hereby
recorded. The Appeal Suit in A.S.No.549 of 2016 is allowed in terms of the
compromise and the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.550 of 2016 is dismissed in
terms of the said compromise. The Registry is directed to refund necessary
Court fees in A.S.No.549 of 2016 as per the Rules. The Memorandum of
Compromise shall form part of the decrees in both the Appeal Suits. There
shall be no order as to costs in both the Appeal Suits. Consequently,
C.M.Ps. are closed.
