                                                        JUDGMENT

1. The present writ appeal is filed against the interim order dated

30.04.2015 made in MP.NO.1/2015 in WP.No.13595/2015. The writ

appeal came to be filed on 10.08.2015 and got numbered on

10.03.2021 and moved for admission today.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader [Edn] appearing for the

appellants on instructions would submit that since the writ petition

itself came to be disposed of on 20.10.2016, nothing remains for

further adjudication in this writ appeal.

3. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel

appearing for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner also.

4. In the light of the said development, the writ appeal is dismissed as

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
