                     PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                     praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to
                     disburse the General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and
                     Encashment of leave salary in light of the judgment passed by the Madurai
                     Division Bench of the Madras High Court in W.A.(Md).No.105 of 2019.

                                                       ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents dated

15.03.2021 claiming encashment of earned leave, unearned leave and

general provident fund and other benefits. The representation was

forwarded by the 2nd respondent on 30.03.2021 to the 1st respondent for his

consideration. The representation is pending on the files of the 1st

respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without

expressing any opinion on merits, a direction is given to the 1st respondent

to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2021 on merits

and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order.
