Heard on the question of admission. Learned counsel for the State seeks and is granted four weeks time to file the
reply.
Also heard on the question of interim relief. Considering the fact that the petitioner's governing body member has been issued a notice for removal of boundary wall alleging encroachment despite the fact that the petitioner was never served any show cause notice prior thereto, it is directed that till the next date of hearing, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State is also directed to ensure that the order passed by this Court is communicated to the concerned officer during the course of the day.
List after four weeks.
